WORKSHOP
This workshop begins with a brief introduction on how creative expression can help reduce everyday stress and encourage playfulness.
Regardless of previous experience, everyone can benefit from expressing themselves creatively. Creativity not only improves problem-solving skills but also strengthens cognitive functions and drives innovation in the workplace. Participants are then introduced to essential tools like brushes, sponges, and palette knives, along with basic color theory, providing a foundation for creative experimentation.
After learning the basics, participants engage in guided exercises that encourage exploration of techniques and materials. They will gradually move into free painting, where they can fully express themselves on individual canvases. There is also an option to create a collaborative artwork, where each participant contributes to a shared group piece for further collaboration.
At the end of the workshop, we reflect on the creative process, discussing how it felt to release control and embrace intuitive painting. This reflection helps participants gain deeper insights into their own creativity, encouraging self-awareness and the application of creativity in both personal and professional contexts.
